Support Stellenbosch has launched an employment programme in partnership with three local colleges. The programme is aimed at successfully connecting employers to quality candidates. The partnership includes Bergzicht Training, PYDA and Stellemploy.

Through this programme we aim to overcome the major stumbling blocks that both job seekers and employers face in the recruitment process. Job seekers often do not have access to quality employment opportunities, while employers require access to skilled candidates that are vetted and have credible references. Our programme aims to address both these needs.

Through our partnership with the three participating colleges, employers are now able to access candidates that are both professionally trained and personally vetted. Each candidate presented on this page has either successfully completed their studies and is ready for permanent employment, or is busy studying and require an internship opportunity. Either way, they have been accepted into the relevant college through an intensive selection process and have completed (or is in the process of completing) professional training in their chosen field. What this means practically, is that the colleges have personal and professional insight into every candidate and is able to assist employers in accurate matching.

We are inviting employers across sectors to make the Support Stellenbosch Employment Page their first stop in recruiting qualified and reliable candidates. Besides for the benefit of finding the right skilled person for permanent employment, organisations can also actively participate in youth employability advancement though internships and part-time work.
